Topic: Photos

Hi, I'm new to the forum, and have just spent the last hour engrossed in looking at fan's pics of Joe.  I have some shots of the last 3 gigs I have been to - Leeds (09), Rotherham ('10) and Manchester a couple of weeks ago.  Could someone let me know how to upload to the Photo Gallery - do I need a Coppermine account?

Photo's can't be uploaded to this site.  Use Flicker or Photobucket or some othe photograph sharing web site then post a link.

OK, thanks for that.  I have a Flickr account - username/ID is the same - SWJuk. So, the link will be - http://www.flickr.com/photos/swjuk/
But, there are over 1700 photos on there, so you will have to use the search/tags  to find photos of Joe - "Joe Bonamassa" or "Bonamassa" should do, although this may throw up some other photos - Chantel McGregor a UK blues artist who covers some of Joe's songs, and has played with him in the UK.

I have found it really interesting to read the threads about how to obtain a photo pass for Joe's shows.  I wish I had visited here before going to see him in the UK, and having to use a little compact.

Interestingly, Geoff who features quite a lot on the photo threads, and managed to get an 'access all areas; pass to Joe's gig at Newcastle, I met only a few days ago at a Walter Trout gig at Warrington, UK.  So, if you are reading this Geoff - nice to have met you! (Steve from Burnley)

Nice pictures Steve - welcome to the forum.

Since you already use Flickr an easier way to show all your Joe photos would be to group them into a set.  That way you only have to post one link.  Geoff, Wooders and myself do this all the time.  Also gives the added benefit of being able to watch the pictures as a slideshow.

edit:  Just browsed your Flickr page - you obviously know about sets so just make a "Joe" one.  And your pictures are beautiful - love the one of the riverboat.

Great pics and thanks for sharing!  I must say Joe looks rather dapper in that black & white checked shirt!  Makes for some nice crisp looking pics.  Sharp dressed man cool

I too enjoyed the photos.  The fog machine was working well that night!  I also liked seeing the Alvin Lee guitar.  I've never seen Joe play that model before.  Great exclusive!
