Guy is one of the great session players, Pink Floyd/Gilmour Bassist and has more credits than just about anyone alive that's from N London! He's also a noted stand up comedian and his book is the collection of that stand up show, and the drug crazed mega-tours he's been on.

It's hilarious and highly recommended.
