Topic: Weber Mini Mass - Class 5

Just bagged a weber mini mass from ebay to use with my marshall class 5 at home. Will be a week or so before I get to use it but I am already excited. This should get the power tubes working over time. Then boost with my 808 or pork loin. Can't wait. My fuzz pedal might even sound good with some power tube break up.

My Class 5 GAS is getting stronger and stronger.  I am really digging the sounds I'm hearing out of that little amp!  I can't decide between the Class 5 or the Fargen Mini Plex.  Anyways, I'd love to hear some clips of your mini JB rig in action!

Will have to get round to it sometime, never seem to get the chance. The class 5 is very loud for home use. I don;t think I've had it above 3 for anymore than 30 seconds. It takes pedals very well. I've said in other posts how good the blackstar ht-dual sounds. Have been dying to hear how it sounds cranked.

My Class 5 is sounding better and better every day, as the speaker/tubes break in. While it is fun to crank it up and overdrive it, I am amazed at the low-volume tone out of this amplifier. The breathy, lush tone reminds me of "Wind Cries Mary", etc. I can't speak for the Fargen, but I CAN speak for the C5 and you will NOT be dissapointed.
