It doesn't seem as loud as before.  Sometimes it sounds like it's dropping off, but may be just me.  I've only had ir for about 3 weeks, would tubes be going bad that quick?

No way - are you playing under the same conditions? i.e. same guitar, room/location, etc?

yeah.  I do play it at Church and it stays on for about 2 hours each Sunday.  We practice on Wednesday and it's on for an hour or so.  I play it several times a week.  It may be just me.  I'm not sure but it sure sounds like its lost some.
