Topic: FNG Checkin In For Duty

Greetings from Seattle !
New to the site but long time diggin' Joe.
I first met Joe in 2003 at the Tractor Tavern in Seattle (yes, it was raining) along with about 30 people in the joint. Needless to say he was amazing and honest and real. After that I was hooked. I am able to travel so I have been lucky to see Joe countless times ( I could probably count if I had to...) , introduce my wife and kids to him and his music, and told everbody that would listen about how great he is.
I have talked to him backstage and run in to him at NAMM a couple of times. I have to say he has always been very warm and genuine.
I'm lucky enough to own JBLP #11 and a gold Giolotti (thanks again Pat) that Joe once owned, along with a bunch of early Joe memorbilia.
I can't tell you how happy it makes me to see how Joe's music and talent have touched so many people.
Good things happen to good people.
I'll be 12th row center at the Moore Theatre on Friday and can't wait to share the vib.
Cheers,
Mike

Hi Woniron and welcome.

you better get that LP baby on the registry if you haven't already. Those guys are trying to track 'em all down.

Amazed you haven't checked in here before you being so immersed in Joe already. But you're here now. This is the Hotel California of artist fandom...you can check in but you can never leave......

With that in mind enjoy the room service we provide 'Bonamassa Bonomie!'

Hi Mike. Welcome to the forum. smile

It was only last summer when I first heard about Joe. And I must admit I'm a little envious of you guys who have known him for so much longer. Joe memorabilia - that makes me more than just a little envious... wink

Have fun. Lots of nice people here on the forum.
