Yep, California requires unobstructed front and rear plates so the auto cameras can get you. Run a red light and a $500 ticket comes in the mail with the photo of you driving.  mad

Then people that live in states that require a plate in the front could by the frame & those that don't can get the plate.

That gets Joe's name out both ways. smile
