Gee, I'm glad my addiction has a name!  I've had it bad lately (two new lenses since November - but unfortunately only one concert to try them out!)  Now to conquer Photoshop!

David - sent you another e-mail.  You're on the right track.  Martin - I'm jealous, and nice shots.  I love the one of Virgil watching a show.

Thanks again for all the advice.

I finally settled on a Fuji but not the F200EXR. I really like the sound of the Fuji EXR system which is designed for low light situations and I have had Fuji cameras before. I was going to go for the F200EXR but thinking about what I was advised here the zoom seemed a little short at 5x. Then I saw a review of a newer camera  - the Fuji F70EXR - with the same system but a 10x zoom so that's the one I got.

I took it with me to see Billy Cobham at Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club last week but, just my luck, we were greeted on the door with "no cameras allowed sorry" so it stayed in my pocket all night. Still, it should get a good testing at the Oli Brown-Billy Walton gig on Sunday.

So Rick, am I in the GAS club now do you reckon?
