The Ford Bros. Blues Band w/ Robben Ford, Volker Strifler, & Andy Just will be @ The Last Day Saloon in Santa Rosa tonight if anybody in the North Bay Area is lookin' for a smokin' blues show this evening, Fri. 12/11.

Well this was well worth the hour plus drive in the rain and commute traffic. The complete line up was Robben & Volker Strifler on Guitars(Robben on Tele & Volker contrasting on his LP for the entire gig), Dewayne Pate on bass, Pat Ford on drums, and Andy Just blowin' a wicked harp and some vocals. Robben did apologize for his voice, but it sounded pretty good to us. Volker shared some of the vocals as well. This line up is doing 2 more shows tonight in Ukiah, a homecoming for Robben & Pat, and Sun. @ The Sierra Nevada Brewings awesome showroom. Unfortunately they're both sold out. Hopefully it won't be 3 years before this team gets together again.BTW, I know someone, who will remain nameless it's complicated, who caught most of this on video and I will list where it can be seen when available.
