Topic: Chris Rea

I'm off to see Chris next March in Bristol and was wondering if anyone else out there is going to see him on the tour. I've seen him live a few times and he's one of the best slide guitar players around.

What makes this tour remarkable is that a Chris has had several life saving opperations over the last couple of years and is now well enough to tour again. Have a listen to the link below to find out more (and we think we have problems)

I saw chris for the first time last year, he was with the Bluenotes (some very geezers). The first half an hour was crucifying as its was 50S dowop stuff. Then the set changed and CChris did his own stuff and it was fantastic, really enjoyed it smile

Going to see him in Cardiff next year.Last time I saw him was in a little club in Sheffield probably nearly thirty years ago.It was a brill.gig.
I went off his music for a while but I am looking forward to Cardiff..............Glyn
