My brother in law is a long time Raiders fan and he suffers like the rest of you. We love the rivalry but lately, it seems that pity is more appropriate. There hasn't been a team in the Colosseum worthy of the name for a long time. There's a spark or glimmer sometimes but it is quickly extinguished by Al's actions.
Our Chargers may choke and break our hearts, but at least they get close to Nirvana and give us hope for the next year.

Now that is funny. HA HA With the spanking whack whack you got from the Jets. You must have got spanked so hard that you think you are a winner? You are a Winner Crowing? What have you won? Nothing. No Super Bowls that is for sure. No Ring on your ringless fingers.
Where is the trophy? Not in your hands. Not in your Stadium. You are close to Nirvana with nothing to show for it. But that is because San Diego likes to settle instead of ever being able to go all the way with it. You may be close to Nirvana, But the Raiders HAD Nirvana 3 times.
Never take pity on the Raiders. We are much stronger than a Charger could ever be.
In fact, you had to sell the Raiders games as a package deal because there were more Raider fans showing up in San Diego at Raider/Chargers games than Chargers fans.
You still have to play catch up with the Raiders with the Hall of Fame.
You have six players and one coach and we have eleven, one coach and the owner Al Davis.
Let me know when your owner shows up in the Hall of Fame and I don't mean just for a visit.
You enjoy your nothing to show for it Chargers.
I'll always take my Raiders with the championships, with the deep rich history we have, with all the great players we had and still have, talking about you future hall-of-famer Shane Lechler, and not just a coliseum of fans but a Raider Nation.
And I don't want you to feel I have any animosity, I like the competition. You are welcome to visit the Raider Nation anytime.
