Re: The NFL - National Football League
Look for the Colts game to be very emotional and I have a sneaking suspicion the Broncos will suffer their first loss. Just a feeling.

I almost picked em, but then I thought "Manning will never let that happen".
It should be a great game either way.

Our man Curby is 3 for the last 3 on the Colts! I thought I was slick with 2 for 3... You nailed it brother! SO, uhm, what say the post bye week for Indy? I need a guranteed win.

Favre too easy to pick week...disasters pending
Thats pretty bold, picking the Giants - but then, NFC East is just a hot mess this year.
Clever with Favre ;-) I'm so torn - part of me is very glad he's staying retired. But the comedic part of me weeps.
There look to be an unusual number of bankers this week, one or more of which are bound to go wrong.
CAR @ TB
NYG @ PHI – What neutral will watch this? Ugh, what a choice. Iggles on a coin toss.
SF @ JAX – Banker #1
DAL @ DET – I don’t like picking the Cowboys unless I have to.
CLE @ KC – Should be a banker, but could be close again for the Chiefs.
MIA @ NE – Banker #2
BUF @ NO – Banker #3
PIT @ OAK – Have the Steelers turned their corner?
NYJ @ CIN – Should be nearly another home banker, unless the Jets have turned a very big corner.
WAS @ DEN – Banker #4
ATL @ ARI – Could go either way, I’ll take a chance on the home team.
GB @ MIN – This should be an away banker on current form, but these two have had some strange games.
SEA @ STL – Banker #5
What, no post since mine last week? Where are you guys?
KC@BUF - Chiefs are locky to be 8-0, but I don't see the run ending here.
ATL@CAR - Could certainly go either way. I'll take a chance on Atlanta finding some form.
MIN@DAL - Surely, not even these Cowboys can lose this one?
NO@NYJ - Saints just too good.
TEN@STL - Could go either way.
SD@WAS - My head says Sandy Eggo, but I'm foolishly going with my heart.
PHI@OAK - The Iggles were so disappointing last week..
TB@SEA - Banker of the day.
BAL@CLE - If they don't win this......
PIT@NE - Pats should be good enough, despite their struggles.
IND@HOU - Certainly upset potential here, but I'll stick with Luck's Colts.
CHI@GB - I can't imagine anything other than a Packer win.
Only one loss last week...sorry to pick against Raiders at home River Cat...
THU, OCT 31
Cincinnati at Miami - not entered, not counted
SUN, NOV 3
Kansas City at Buffalo- time to re-bury the arrowheads
San Diego at Washington- not a time for nostalgia
Atlanta at Carolina- a cat vs. injured bird? no contest
Minnesota at Dallas- Vikings due for surprise, surprise...run Forrest, run...
Tennessee at St. Louis-rams now female goats with hormonal troubles, lookout
New Orleans at NY Jets- real possibility of a great game by both
Tampa Bay at Seattle- prepostorous to think otherwise
Philadelphia at Oakland-stars aligned for here- we-go-a-Raidin'
Pittsburgh at New England- no forging ahead here
Baltimore at Cleveland- another great trench battle game
Indianapolis at Houston- steers still can't get out of their own, uhhh, muck
MON, NOV 4
Chicago at Green Bay- not this time, Green Bay bear-proof packaging too much Gel-OH!
Rock ON & Keep the Faith,

Just watch the evil twin Raiders show up and win, and the Pads to lose, just to spite me. The unnecessary and shocking loss to the Vikings last week ruined my weekend. Nevertheless, since I haven't had enough punishment, I'm flying in the face of common sense and logic by picking the Skins again.
NYJ@BUF - Jets shouldn't lose to these Bills.
BAL@CHI - Head says Bears, heart says Ravens. Stupid goes with heart.
CLE@CIN - Bengals at home.
OAK@HOU - I guess they're paying people to watch this? Anything could happen, and probably will.
ARI@JAX - Should be a Cardinal win without too much fuss..
WAS@PHI - I'm sure we'll lose, but I have to pick positive.
DET@PIT - Steelers slightly less crap now, but I'll stick with the Lions..
ATL@TB - Falcons so disappointing, Bucs to win two in a row!
SD@MIA - I really hate having to pick Sandy Eggo, but I think the Fins are toast.
SF@NO - Home banker.
GB@NYG - Who knows what the Packer third string can do? C'mon, Eli.
MIN@SEA - Even bigger home banker..
KC@DEN - Game of the day, obviously. I just give Broncs the edge.
NE@CAR - Could really go either way. I'll gamble on the Pats
THU, NOV 14 Indianapolis at Tennessee Loss, -1
SUN, NOV 17
NY Jets at Buffalo
Baltimore at Chicago- Both high desire/need 2 win...Chicago's higher both counts

Oakland at Houston
San Diego at Miami
Washington at Philadelphia
Detroit at Pittsburgh
Kansas City at Denver
Minnesota at Seattle
San Francisco at New Orleans
Green Bay at NY Giants
