Re: Keith Urban using Joe Les Paul

Wow so Keith has a Dumble and Trainwreck now...the dude has gone completely gear nuts!  What's next an authentic '59 Les Paul?  roll

'67 and '74 Fender Twin Reverbs, '74 Marshall 1987 lead mkII, Metro Superlead 100. Pedals from TC Electronic, Ibanez, Dunlop, BK Butler, Electro-Harmonix, Fulltone, Maestro/Gibson, Loopmaster switching, VoodooLab, Boss. Gibson and Fender guitars, Dimarzio pickups.

Re: Keith Urban using Joe Les Paul

I saw an article in Vintage Guitar that showed some of Keiths guitars hanging up drying out.  I thought Keith had a 1957 Goldtop LP that he played on tour.  The Les Paul Forum had a few threads about it.

I dont know what happened to that guitar.  Was the JB LP a replacement for that?  Thats pretty cool if someone who had a vintage LP is using a JBLP as an alternative.

Keith Urban is one of the very few country artists who I can listen to.  Brad Paisley is another gear hound who's rig would make most of you sweat.  He uses a Trainwreck, Bruno UG30's and DR Z Z Wrecks. Crazy Tone.
