We had another Jam this weekend

Well we did get together but we had so many problems its hard to really call it a jam.  My friend Shane got a new Power Mixer and yours truely was supposed to take home the freakin instructions and find out the in's and out's before saturday when we were going to need it.  I read most of it but the part where the mixer required speakon speaker cables slipped past me.  So the mixer was doa.  Next we had an electronic drum set and honestly if you've never heard one before your not missing out.  It made an other wise great 30 plus  year drumer sound like a video game from the old nintendo's of the 80's.  So bad drums and no vocals.  Next I let them use my amp to hook up the drums but disconnected my speaker and hooked up our pa speakers.  So I used someones line 6 flextone II which is a good amp but not a tube amp there is a huge difference.  after about 2 hours of nothing we decided to switch to acoustic guitar so we could at least sing.  I had to leave at 8pm so lets just say it wasn't one of the better nights off from the kids.
