Ticket + Meet & Greet Pass for Kansas City show November 10

My date for the evening had to cancel, so I have ONE ticket available to Joe's show at The Midland Theater in Kansas City on November 10, 2023 which I will sell for face value. This ticket is part of a promotional offer, which means it should be a pretty good seat (first four rows, if my past experiences are any guide). Offer me whatever you think is reasonable for the Meet & Greet Pass. I am making these items available to my friends on this forum first. If I can't find any takers by Monday I will turn to craigslist.
