Agra is known as an old heritage city located on the bank of Yamuna River & also finds mention in the Epic Mahabharata as Agravan. There are many more historical places other than the Taj, like Agra Fort(Lal Kila), Fatehpur Sikri, Itimad-ud-daula's Tomb  & Akbar Tomb Sikandra.
