I am thrilled beyond belief........I am getting ready to leave to go see Joe in Council Bluffs, IA tonight!!!  What a perfect day!!!!  My fortune cookie that I got at the Chinese restaurant here in Indianola on September 4th said, "You will soon receive an unusual gift."  When the contest first started I had a dream that I was handing out LFNIP to soldiers overseas.  When I woke up, it was so real that I thought about how I could make that dream come true.  So besides selling CD's to Joe music lover's, I went on a campaign to sell CD's to people that wanted to help send copies of it to servicemen & women.  So I am doubly happy as I have a lot of CD's to send as presents to them.  One of the #1 items they like to receive in care packages is CD's.  So they are happy and Joe gets new fans and exposure, too.   And I was very fortunate that someone did their Christmas shopping with me, too. They know who they are. Well, my buddy Jen will soon be here to pick me up so we can head ,yes, WEST ON 80, to the concert.  With the adrenalin rush I have going right now, I could probably run the whole way there.  Bye for now.

I am so glad you won!   Are you going to pick it up tonite, or are you going to use this as a good excuse to go to another show?  I have an extra ticket for Foxboro [don't worry misterlee you are all set].  wink

Congratulations Patty.  You must be thrilled beyond belief.  What a brilliant idea you came up with in giving to our soldiers and promoting Joe at the same time. 

In addition to seeing Joe play his in Texas, we went by Charlie's Guitar Shop while we were in Dallas where #99 was hanging on the wall.  That is a beautiful guitar.
