Topic: Joe's Interview in Guitarist magazine UK

I received the latest Guitarist Magazine UK today and it has an excellent interview with Joe on the new album and private lesson feature with some great licks. Its worth checking out for the private lesson with joe alone. I have spent the day playing through the examples and incorporating them into my playing. Its definitely worth getting a copy if your stateside.

Any link???

You cant compare Jimmy Page with God. I mean he's cool and all, but he's no Jimmy Page!!

Re: Joe's Interview in Guitarist magazine UK

It is in the magazine only. I have taken some pictures of the magazine and will upload them later.

Re: Joe's Interview in Guitarist magazine UK

Tried to find it in Barnes & Noble tonight, but must have been too early, they only had the June issue.  Also only the June Classic Rock.  Drat, another trip needed for both.  They must still be on the boat! Thanks sonic though for the heads up!

Not trying to be a party pooper but isn't this a bit of a copyright infingement?  Wouldn't want the site to get in trouble.

Re: Joe's Interview in Guitarist magazine UK

The site wouldn't get in trouble, that stuff is almost impossible to police. Sonicpete might get in trouble if he scanned the sheets and were selling them on the site.

You can google many copyrighted images that already exist, download them, and do whatever you want with them on your own computer. I don't believe this to be much different.

Its totally legal. Unless i decided to sell them and claim them as my own here in the UK.
I didn't take pictures of the interview, as I figured anyone interested would try and get a copy of the magazine anyway. The interview is fantastic. I got a copy of the magazine and bought the digital copy as well.
The lesson material from Joe is really interesting from a players perspective. I have seen plenty of examples from guitarist magazine being plagerised by other authors and redistributed as their own. So i have no doubt that Joe's lesson will appear in other places.

I am guessing this is the lesson video?  It's been doing the rounds of the forums the past few days...

No there is an actual lesson video. I can upload it if anyone wants to watch it? That video is 11 mins long.
